What makes Benchmark so different ?

We speak to up to 15 businesses a week initially about their headline value and the prospect of sale of their business.

You will see that we do not carry a huge register of businesses and are definitely not a weblisting brokerage.

2. Outline proposal and sale plan

3. Meeting with you. (On or off site)

4. Prepare documentation - Information Memorandum

5. Prepare prospect list and marketing plan

6. Execute plan and manage CONFIDENTIALITY process

7. Assess buyers, shortlist and arrange meetings

8. Evaluate and assess offers

9. Assist in drafting Heads of Terms

10. Progress to legal stage and manage process

11. Completion
